CALGARY'S GROWING SOUTHWEST.

Nestled just moments from the water’s edge in the estate community of Kinniburgh Estates in Lake Chestermere, Lifestyle Homes’ latest show home blends beautiful interior spaces and finishes with solid, state-of-the-art healthy homebuilding techniques.

The Elliott II 55 offers almost 3,100 square feet of elegant living space. Inspired by the refined, yet relaxed appeal of French Country manor homes.

The design and layout encourages graceful living, starting right from the front foyer, where 10-foot ceilings, a pretty entrance bench flanked by opaque glass detailing and an architectural staircase define the details to come. The main living space features huge windows that overlook large outdoor terraces on either side — one accessed from the private formal dining room and the other from the dining nook that spills from the bright and open kitchen space.
